Ashtabula County Board of Develomental Disabilities

Male, living in Geneva, with an IO Waiver, is looking for NMT to and from his job three days a week, beginning on March 6, 2022.  He needs to be at work at 7am and needs to be picked up at 3:30pm, 3 days a week with a varying schedule.  He works at Madison Health Care (7600 S. Ridge Rd., #9726, Madison, OH, 44057).
