Male, living in Ashtabula, is looking for a residential provider that can provide HPC services Monday through Sunday one hour each morning and 30 minutes in the evening to administer medications. As well as staff to help prepare a grocery list and provider transportation (1,200 miles per span year) to and from medical appointments, grocery shopping and community activities as needed (Approx. 10-12 hours a month).
