Middle aged female, living in a nursing facility in Ashtabula currently, is looking for housing. She is not enrolled in Section 8 at this time. She is open to the idea of a roommate, male or female. She uses a Hoyer lift for all transfers and will need modified vehicle transportation. She would like to return to PCS for workshop purposes and is willing to work 5 days per week. She is verbal and can communicate her wants and needs clearly. She is her own guardian and can handle her finances independently. She will need HPC services 1:1 (6am-11pm) and OSOC (11pm-6am).
