Gentleman, living in Geneva, is looking for HPC services Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:30am-7:30am and then again from 3:15pm-9:15pm as well and Saturdays from 6:45pm-9:15pm. He uses a Hoyer lift for all transfers. He needs assistance with transfers and getting ready for work in the AM (only on work days) and in the PM. He needs help with all ADLs and getting ready for bed.
