Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities

Individual is coming out of a nursing facility.  She will need 1:1 staffing 24/7.  She uses a wheelchair, sit to stand and a Hoyer lift at all times.  She likes to shop, play Bingo, cook out and garden.  She will need transportation using a modified vehicle.  She is not medically released to work at this time.  She needs help transferring, cooking , cleaning and attending medical appointments.  She can take her meds independently but will need them picked up on her behalf.
