Home modification needed for the potential installation of a chair lift in the individual’s home in Geneva.  The chair lift would need to be installed to support the individual going down 4 steps into her home.  She resides in the lower level of her home and the slope is too steep for a wheelchair ramp.  The stairs and the landing are cement.  Guardian is open to other options if the chair lift isn’t the best option.
