Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities

The Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities (ACBDD) is currently accepting proposals for locally funded transportation services. We are seeking a provider to transport two individuals from Andover to Ashtabula twice daily, five days a week. The distance from the pick-up location to the drop-off location is approximately 30 miles.

 

Service: Locally Funded Transportation of two individuals from one location in Andover to Ashtabula

Beginning: September 16, 2024

Schedule: Twice daily, Monday through Friday.

Pick-up at the Individuals’ home location at 7:15AM; Pick-up at Day Service at 1:30PM

Mileage: 30 miles per trip (one way)

RFP Timeframe:  Contract is for 90 days and renewable for 90-day terms thereafter

Funding Source: County Board Funds

 

Please include the cost per trip, cost per day, or cost per month in your proposal

Invoices will be paid once monthly
