Individual, living in Geneva, is looking for certified residential respite for approximately 4-8 hours per week - evenings/weekends.  The schedule can be flexible.  He attends ADS Monday-Friday until 2:30pm.  He gets home around 3pm-3:15pm.  The family is non-smoking and has 2 small dogs.  Provider will help with G-tube feedings and with medication administration.  He is non-verbal and uses a wheelchair.  At home, he will scoot on his bottom from room to room.  His diagnosis include: CP, Anxiety, Depression, Tube Feeding, Moderate ID, Dwarfism, Scoliosis, Bradycardia, GERD, Muscle Weakness, Enlarged Tongue, Diaphragm Hernia and TRAF-7.
