Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities

 

Female, in her 30s, living in Ashtabula, is looking for HPC support. She is intelligent, well-spoken and kind. Due to her high physical needs, she is looking for support with 3:1 transfers in the morning and evening, then 2:1 staffing the rest of the day (8am-9pm, 7 days a week). She is also looking to get out into the community more and be more involved. The family is looking for staff that do not smoke, as she is allergic.  Staff must also be comfortable working in a team environment, including a hypoallergenic service animal.
