61 year old female with an IO Waiver, living in Ashtabula, is looking for HPC + HPC Transportation. She needs support with hygiene, medical appointments, shopping on her behalf, cooking + creating a healthy routine. She recently lost her mother + struggles with leaving the house. She has a good family support system. It will be a varied schedule, typically afternoons from 1pm-8pm, daily. She has 1200 miles per span.
