Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities

Male, living in Andover, is in need of a provider, starting in April, on Tuesdays and Thursdays (for 6 hours each day) and in May, will go to 24-30 hours a week through July. This is to cover a staff’s maternity leave. Once the staff returns from maternity leave, the Tuesday and Thursday hours will still be needed. He has a wheelchair accessible van and likes to access his community and will need help getting to and from appointments. He needs help with chores at home and assistance with hygiene and meal prep. He has 3 dogs and would prefer an independent provider.
