Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities

The Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities' Strategic Plan for 2024-2026 serves as a vital roadmap for guiding the future of our services. Developed through a collaborative six-month planning process, the plan reflects the input of our diverse stakeholders, including the people we serve, providers, community partners, and County Board staff. With the support of an external agency, North East Ohio Network (NEON), the strategic planning committee identified our strengths, areas for growth, and opportunities to better meet the needs of our community.

This plan is not only a reflection of where we are today but also a commitment to continuous improvement and positive change over the next three years. By focusing on transparency, stakeholder feedback, and clear goals, we aim to enhance the quality of our services and expand opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities in Ashtabula County.
