Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities

We believe that all people with disabilities should be treated as equal and be able to speak up for what they want by serving as leaders and working together as a team with all members of the community. People First of Ashtabula County recognizes that people with developmental disabilities are people first. Our purpose is to promote self-advocacy by speaking and acting on behalf of the rights and responsibilities of all persons with developmental disabilities.
