32 year old female looking for HPC support. She is intelligent and kind.  Due to her high needs, she is looking for support with 3:1 transfers in the mornings/evenings, then 2:1 staffing the rest of the day (8am-9pm, 7 days a week).  She is also looking to get out into the community more and be more involved.  This includes the complex care add-on for the agency.  The family is looking for staff that do not smoke if possible, as she is allergic to smoke.
