Hours Needed: During the school year, M-F, 2pm-8pm (may alter during school days off(. IN the Summer, M-F, 9am-3pm.

She needs reminders to slow down when eating as she has a choking risk. At risks for rights being violated as she is unaware of her rights. At risk of being exploited when she is around unfamiliar people.  She needs help to respond to emergencies. She wants to be active in the community through social inclusion events. She will need staff to take her to appointments, to help her make purchases while in the community and to be flexible with time changes. She may need assistance for wiping and needs meals/snacks prepared for her. She sometimes needs reminders to wash her hair but can do it on her own. She may also need reminders if her clothes are put in backwards or inside out. It is important for her to be active. She likes to play board games, color, dance, go to the library and try new activities. It is important for her to have support in the community and at home, to treat her like a teenager (she’s 18), give her time to process her thoughts, to utilize visual aids, support her with new activities, keep her active and help with money. The family has pets and she has seasonal allergies.  Family gives her medications.  The desired start date is 6/01/2025.
