Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities

 

Male, living in Geneva with his parents, is seeking HPC services in his home. The anticipated schedule would be up to 25 hours a week, 3 days a week. Mornings and early evenings are preferred to help him with daily hygiene tasks, chores around the home and for possible outings. He communicates verbally and uses a wheelchair for mobility. They have a wheelchair accessible van for staff to use for outings. The provider must be able to assist the family with transfers in/out of the wheelchair.
