Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities

 

Female, living in Ashtabula, is looking for a new residential provider. She currently lives alone. She requires 24 hour staffing when home. She has awake staff at night. She attends an ADS program M-F, 9am-2pm. She will require HPC transportation for going out in the community and for appointments. She needs some assistance with ADLs, taking her medication and cleaning her home.
