Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities

 

Male, living in Ashtabula, is seeking HPC staff in the home. He attends a retirement group on Th and F (8:30am-3:00pm) and requires HPC staffing and OSOC at a 1:1 ratio (or 1:2 ratio) the rest of the week. He communicates verbally, is mobile and has a cat that he cares for in his home. He lives with a roommate that shares HPC services and attends a day program (M - F), spending the weekends with his family.
