Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities

Female, living in Ashtabula, is looking for HPC services 19 hours a day, including 12-8am. She has remote supports with paid backup, 5 units per day. She needs transportation to activities, school in the fall, etc… She will need help learning daily living skills.  She ambulates independently.
