NMT and HPC Transportation will be included if the provider is able to take him to work and into the community, but it’s not mandatory. It will typically be afternoon hours. He works at Tractor Supply in Ashtabula. He is looking for a possible independent provider and/or one set agency staff. He currently resides in Conneaut, Ohio, with his mother. He is very independent, likes to go out and socialize, and spend time outside. He wants to work on increasing his independence, including budgeting. He likes Raceway 7, fishing, and coffee.
