Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities

Female with an IO Waiver, living in Ashtabula, is looking for HPC & HPC Transportation services 5 hours per week. It is a flexible schedule. She is non-verbal and requires 1:1 support in the home and in the community to ensure her health and safety.  She needs help with hygiene, dressing, cooking and staying active. She does need redirection with some challenges, as she can scratch and pinch.
