Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities

Male with a Level One Waiver, living in Ashtabula, is looking for HPC + HPC transportation services. He needs 5 hours a week (varied + flexible schedule) and 500 miles to start. He needs support in the afternoon to learn how to cook, plan, prepare meals and practice other community living skills. He would like to find a younger staff member to take him into the community and stay engaged during outings. He is really interested in growing a relationship with the staff.
