Male, living in Andover with an IO Waiver, is looking for Nursing Delegation Services or Home Health for 7 days a week for 2 hours a day. Individual needs his cecostomy tube changed once a week, occasionally a second time if a clog happens. Individual gets a daily infusion into his cecostomy tube to ensure he is able to go to the bathroom daily. Individual does not remember to complete this task on his own and we want to ensure health and safety.
