A 19 year old male, living in Rome, with FSS funding, is looking for services 40 hours a week. The schedule would be Monday-Friday, 7am - varied time. He is a funny guy with a good sense of humor. He does not need assistance in the bathroom. At home, he uses a walker but outside of his home, he uses a wheelchair. He likes to have someone to talk to and help ensure his safety. He needs help in the kitchen to make meals as he cannot see out of his right eye and has diminished sight in the left eye. He likes to go outside and get fresh air. He does need someone with medication certification as he has seizures and needs nasal spray when that happens. He also takes oral medication daily. This would be paid through FSS funding.
