Female, age 13, living in Ashtabula, is in need of respite Monday-Friday, 4:30am-6:15am (before school) while her parent is at work. The provider will remain in the home with her until the bus picks her up at 6:15am. She uses a wheelchair for mobility and will need help with breakfast, oral hygiene, hair care and getting dressed for school. This will be paid with FSS funding.
