Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities

20 year old male, living in Ashtabula, needs a provider willing to support him on a 5-hour-a-week schedule that can vary at home and in the community. He would need support in the afternoon to learn how to cook; plan, prepare and make meals as well as other community living skills. He would like to find a younger staff member to take him into the community and stay engaged in outings, really interested in growing a relationship with the staff. 500 miles of HPC transportation would be authorized.
