21 year old female, living in Andover, is in need of transportation to and from A-Tech in Jefferson. She will need to be picked up at home in Andover around 9:30am and taken to A-Tech and then picked up at A-Tech around 1:30pm to go home. This is a set schedule, Monday - Friday and will be paid at the standard rate. She requires the use of a wheelchair, but she is able to transfer into a non-modified vehicle as long as the vehicle is not too high. She may need help getting into the vehicle, up/down the ramp to the home during icy and raining weather conditions.
