She is 19, and legally blind. She has to see her orthopedic doctor once a year, genetics once a year, mental health every few months, eye doctors once every 3-6 months, and her respiratory/sleep doctor once every 3-6 months as well. She can get transportation to her medical appointments, a majority in Cleveland, but needs someone to go with her to the appointments, ensure her safety, getting to and from offices and transportation, and navigating such a large hospital. This is not a set schedule.
