41 year old gentleman, living in Geneva with his parents, is in need of HPC services 25 hours per week (typically 3 days a week). The typical schedule is M-F (5:45am-7:45am and then 3:15pm-9:15pm) - Saturdays and Sundays may vary. He will need help with daily hygiene tasks, chores around the home and for possible outings. He uses a wheelchair. The family has a wheelchair accessible van for staff to use on outings. He communicates verbally. The provider must be able to assist with transfers in/out of his wheelchair.
