Transition Age Services
Transition Age Services support individuals, their families, local educational entities, and other service providers to better plan for individual's transition to adulthood and provides guidance throughout the process. A Transition Service and Support Administrator (SSA) is typically serves students between age 14-22 who are eligible for services through the Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
